To provide adequate and affordable housing opportunities and a suitable living environment, free from discrimination, to qualified citizens in Carroll, Choctaw, Clay, Grenada, Lowndes, Montgomery, Oktibbeha, Webster and Winston counties, Mississippi. This will be done in a spirit of harmony that will complement all communities that we serve.
