Pay Rent online

PAY RENT ONLINE!
You can now pay your rent online.

1. Go to the website: mrha4.housingmanager.com
   
2. Click on [Get Started] to create account
   
3. Enter your Social Security # or Account/Tenant # (on rent receipt) and your last name
4. Enter your email address or telephone #
   
5. Create a username and password (8 letters including capital letter, a number and special character
6. Click create account

You will see your balance due. No partial payments are allowed with this system.  You must pay the amount due on the screen.

Payments can be made using a credit/debit card or echeck. There is a 1.5% fee on credit/debit transactions and $ .99 on echeck transactions.  You can save your information for next time or don’t save and enter in the information each time you pay.

You will receive an email or text reminding you rent is due.
